PASTRY COOK

The primary objectives of this position are preparing all pastry items such as mousse cakes, tarts, jams, chocolates, macarons, and pound cakes, and maintaining a clean and organized work station. Previous kitchen experience is required, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and time management. Applicants must be able to lift 60 pounds.

MORNING BAKER

The primary objectives of this position are proofing and baking bread and breakfast pastries, mixing, production, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. One year of baking experience is required, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and time management. Applicants must be able to lift 60 pounds

Viennoiserie / Bread Baker

The primary objectives of this position are mixing, viennoiserie and bread production, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Two or more years of viennoiserie and/or bread production experience is required, as well as a strong sense of teamwork and time management. Applicants must be able to lift 60 pounds.

SAVORY cook

The primary objectives of this position are making sauces, vinaigrettes, pickled vegetables, and condiments, production of gourmet sandwiches, salads, quiche, and breakfast items, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area. Kitchen experience is required, as well as a strong sense of teamwork, communication, and time management.

BARISTA

The primary objectives of this position are giving great customer service, preparing beverages such as coffee, tea, and espresso, operating cash registers, packaging retail products, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the retail and service area. Experience in hospitality and food service is strongly preferred, and applicants must have a strong sense of teamwork, cooperation, and time management.

DISH & POT WASHER

The primary objectives of this position are maintaining a clean and organized kitchen as well as contributing to a positive team environment. Some food preparation may be needed as well.
Previous kitchen or dish washing experience is required, and applicants must have skills in organization, sanitation, cleanliness, professionalism, and working as a team.
